Jajce is the only city in the world that can boast the fact that in its very center has amazing natural monument - a waterfall. It is also one of the 12 most beautiful waterfalls in the world!
Right there, in the city center - which is rightly called "Museum under the open sky" Pliva River flows into the Vrbas, a beautiful 20 meter high waterfall.
Several times in the past two decades Pliva waterfall was destroyed and repaired, but the worst damage had more than 15 years when stopping the operation of hydro power plant Jajce waterfall suffered enormous damage.
